2No Investment Advice

Alpha Pipeline aggregates and analyzes publicly available regulatory filings, government data, and market information using automated algorithms and artificial intelligence. The Platform does not provide personalized investment advice and is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial planner.

Signal scores, materiality ratings, and sentiment labels are algorithmic outputs — not human financial recommendations.
Paper trade results are simulated and do not represent actual trading performance. Past simulated performance does not guarantee future results.
Prediction accuracy percentages reflect historical algorithmic performance under specific market conditions and may not be indicative of future accuracy.

4Subscription & Payment Terms

Paid subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis as selected at checkout. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Account settings.

Refunds are not provided for partial subscription periods.
Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.
Subscription features are subject to change without notice.
God Mode access is granted at the sole discretion of the platform owner and may be revoked at any time.

5Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Alpha Pipeline and its owners, operators, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

Your use of or reliance on any information, signal, alert, or analysis provided by the Platform.
Any investment or trading decision made based on Platform content.
Errors, omissions, interruptions, or delays in Platform data or services.
Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data.

In no event shall Alpha Pipeline's total liability to you exceed the amount you paid for the Platform in the 12 months preceding the claim.

6Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

Redistribute, resell, or sublicense Platform content or signals to third parties.
Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Platform at scale.
Share your account credentials with others.
Use the Platform to engage in market manipulation or any activity that violates securities laws.

7Intellectual Property

All content, algorithms, designs, and software on the Platform are the exclusive property of Alpha Pipeline. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
